Create a sharePoint document with Dcument template

Hi,

I have a requirement to create a document with document template in SharePoint Onlien. We have documents in a SharePoint library, now we want to add a template to all documnets. The template is saved to the document library as a part of a content type.

Can we do this using a Power Automate, if so can someone please guide me on this.

You haven't provided much information...are you referring to Word document templates? Search for "Populate Word" on the forums and you'll find many sample flows.

In simple terms, you create an Word file, you add content to it including fields that will be merged with dynamic content. Then you build your Power Automate flow to get data where ever its coming from, populate the document word templates and then do what you need to do with them e.g. convert to PDF, email them, send for approval etc.

The word template will saved to the document library, the template contains heraed and footer. So when users create a new documnet in sharepoint libarray they will select the template and start to create the document, then they will get header and footer automatically as a part of the template.
The question is how can we do this for our existing files in the SharePoint online?
