Flow out of sync with Approvals

Hello All,

Hope you'll be able to help here. I have a flow based on approvals and from time to time it is stuck (approval step not completed in the flow even though all approvals have been provided). Please see below screenshots.

Pic 1 - All approvals have been provided via Approvals app and it has updated the list on Sharepoint:

Pic. 2 - However the flow is stuck and is still waiting for AVP3 approval:

Did anyone encountered such situation? What may be the reason and what can help?

Hi @JoannaW ,

Please check if the AVP3 type is the red mark.
Often, the reason why the approval operation is still waiting is that none of the people have completed the approval or one of the people responsible for the approval hasn't completed the approval, depending on which type of approval you are using.

Hi!

Have the members of the AVP_3 been notified of the approval and have they responded to the approval?
If you don't use a variable and just add a member to make the approval run successfully, then the problem might be with this variable, and I'd like you to tell me how you created it.
