Hi, I have an MS Form that has a question that provides 3 choices of selection and allows multiple answers.

e.g

Q: Which training sessions are you interested in attending?

A: Session 1

B: Session 2

C: Session 3

Users can select one session, multiple sessions or all sessions.

How can I build the flow for automate that send the sessions details based on what the user select?

For example, if they select sessions 1 and 2, send email A and B. If they select session 1 only, send email A, if they selected all session, 3 email will be sent, etc

    Hi @_Jo

So my understanding is for each selection you need to send different emails. For that first extract the values of the selection and add an IF condition to determine what value user has submitted. Another option is You can extract the response which is an array, then add an IF condition to check Session 1 contains the response then send email A, Session 2 contains then send email B and so on.

I have a tutorial video about how to extract the multiple choice values from MS Forms using Power Automate. Please have a look.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks

    Hi @abm

I managed to solve it with some trial and error. Your video really helps in solving it.

    Thank you so much!
