I'm trying to build a Microsoft from to share with employees, requesting that they select 1 of 9 different training sessions. Each session is limited to 30 participants. Is there a way to delete a "selection" or session in the form once 30 employees have selected it?
You can't delete a selection. However, you could consider setting up an automation to send an email to notify an employee that a selection they've made is already full. You could also set up a notification to yourself when a session has filled up to remove it from the form.
