I chose the outlook--> Excel, to collect simple data like 'From' and 'Received date' to the excel in onedrive while setting test table to collect the data.

(Sorry for the Chinese, I don't kwow why it still back to Chinese everytime I am in the template page)

But the result is not correct. The program add on column next to my table and input some unknow data.

Could you please suggest what I did wrong? How should I correct it?

    Hi @AaronHuang,

I managed to replicate your issue. So the issue is when you create the excel table you selected the full rows or more than one. Select only the first row and make sure that is mapped for the table columns in excel. Select all the rows from your excel sheet except the first one which contains the columns and delete it, Save the excel sheet. It should work ok. I am not sure about the Chinese language settings.

    Thanks

    Hi AaronHuang,

    You did nothing wrong here.

This Microsoft Flow ( Track Outlook.com emails in an Excel spreadsheet ) would add new Rows which contains the information that you specified under the Insert Row Action to the table in Excel online.

The additional column is auto-generated by the Connection, used to mark the table information so that to make sure the data is correctly inserted, which we could just ingore.

If you have incoming emails, then this flow would add the related information into a newly added row at the bottom of the table created in Excel.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to post back.

A note: The language in Microsoft Flow is affected by Browser language preference, for Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11, we could change the language preference in Control Panel to change the language used in Browserpage.

    Regards
