Automating export to sharepoint and clean the file

Hi all, 

I'm new in Power Automate, so I'm looking for a solution for my problem but to no avail.

I would like to create a flow where I can export my table in sharepoint when I filled up 500 rows and then I would like to clean the file.

How can I do it?

Do you have any suggestions?

    I have an app in power apps that is connected to a file in sharepoint. The file fills up with the information that I inset in the app, I can insert only 1000 rows in the file. I would like to create a flow, with power automate, where I export the file when I fill up 500 rows (for example) and then I want to empty the file (delete all rows except the heading).

    Do you have any suggestions?
