How Get attach Excel in email.

Hello Teams,
 
I am looking at how to obtain the attachment in Outlook (it is an Excel without table format) to be able to have the information and place it in another file (Excel).
I was thinking that it could be in JSON format. 

What ideas do you have?

    The way I've done this in the past is to 
    1) Get the attachment
    2) Create a file in OneDrive using the attachment
    3) Add a Table to the Excel Sheet bigger than what you know the table will be
    4) List rows in the table
    5) Filter the rows to remove blank (null) rows from the table
    6) Use the output of the Filter Array #5 to add the rows to another file.
