13 decimal places in an approval flow

Hello all

I am using an approval flow to approve purchase requisitions. The total requisition value is a calculated field in my sharepoint list.

However in the approval email that gets sent when the approval is running the total cost is showing with 13 decimal places.

In the "start and await for approval" part of the flow, how do I make this just 2 decimal places.

All help appreciated. Thanks

That keeps giving flow run fails

Im guessing from what I read a calculated value isn't a number, so therefore I cant format it as a number??

    Hi @denz1968

Try map to a compose action step and pass the compose output to format.

    Thanks

    Hi @denz1968

Add a compose and map your calculated value under the compose. Then next step use the compose for formatting the number. Finally you can map the output of the Format number step in your email.
