Send email with options - duplicated choice buttons

Hi, I used Send email with options action, for now with default settings, but email I got looks very strange. Action buttons are visible twice (action messages and html message):

If I change 'Use only HTML message' the first part disapear. But is there a way to send mail with only this first part visible?

Thanks for your feedback, I have made a test and the issue is confirmed on my side.

If you want the approval email sent via the "Send email with options" action to only display the first part visible, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Currently for "Send email with options" it's possible to hide HTML:

This is possible. Make the Yes/No sections shown in my first screenshot, and the result will be like my 2nd screenshot, hiding the 2nd set of buttons and only showing the first.
