    Hi @ deddyandy,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please check if you are use the trigger "When an item is created" of trigger "When an item is created or modified "in your flow?

If you are use the trigger "When an item is created or modified "in your flow, and you modifiy the item in the flow, the flow would run twice, the first run is triggered by the item is created and the second run is triggered by the item is modified.

If you are use the trigger "When an item is created" in your flow, please check if you have create a new item again or you have another flow would be triggered to send the approval email when an item is created in the list.

Please share more details so we could try to help you.

    Regards,
    Alice Zhang

    Hi Alice,

    Thanks for your reply.

I found what the problem was. I had another flow whose the trigger was when the email's subject contained a word "Vacation". The flow that had a problem having a word "Vacation" in its email's subject.

    Regards,

    Deddy Andy.
