    Hi Michael,

I hope the information that I provided answers your questions.

The output before the attachment. I only initialized for the attachment and same goes to other variables as well.

    Hi,

Unfortunately you didn't supply the Is there any chance you can share a small sample of the Payload , that I asked for. The pictures do not help.

I need to see the actions above to understand what actions and trigger are being used, and what is the Get_response_details action and what the data looks like coming out of the Output of that so I can tell why your turning it into JSON , which is at the object level, instead of further down in the JSON so you get what you need.

Please share the before including the Payload Output of Get_response_details, whatever that action is.

    Cheers

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for your reply.

So basically, this is when the process started. As you can see below,

    hafeezahamdan_2-1695880968774.png

The output should look something like this but when I clicked on the view document it was empty. Meaning the attachment didnt show up in the view documents folder link.

    Hello,

Is there any chance you can share a small sample of the Payload? My guess is since you are getting the body, which is an object, maybe you can grab something a little further down the stack.

What does the Outputs by itself look like? Can you take a picture of the output window after a run and share that?

    Cheers
