create a user in azure ad looking for the smtp

Hello, everyone, could you help me by giving me some guidelines to solve a problem that occurs with PowerApss and Power Automate, the requirement is to be able to create a user in Azure AD from a Power apps application, however the user cannot choose which is the SMTP From your email account this SMTP is created based on rules 1 letter of the first name 3 letters of the first last name and 1 letter of the second last name and if for some reason that user already exists, more letters of the second last name are added.

With this I have 2 problems

  1. The data for the name and surname come from a DB of users in one column the names and in another the 2 surnames. I have used the Mid () function to obtain the letters, but I stay in the surname I don't know how to identify the space so that from then on it takes it as a new series and be able to obtain the letter or letters of the second surname
  2. The user returned in item 1 I have to look for it in the accounts directory to validate that this SMTP does not exist. If there is, add the additional letters and this type of loop does not occur to me how to do it, since I have to iterate cycle creation of STMP until the user does not exist.

I do not know if I understood and if someone can give me any idea of how to perform this process from Power Automate
