Sending attachment with approvals

hi,
 
I have a flow gets attachments from sp List. I can manage to send mail with the attachments but I cant send approvals. How can I fix that?

    If you use the Start and Wait for an Approval there is an Attachments array just like there is for Send an email. Are you saying you can't use that field?
