Send notification from specific or any Teams user chat

Is it possible to send notification when new message is posted from any "User" type or specific users 1:1 chats?

 

What I understand it's only allowed for Group chat or Channel but not from user 1:1 conversations.

    Hi @CODERx86 ,

     

    You could try the trigger 'When a new chat message is added'.

    I did a test for you and the trigger is allowed in 1:1 chats.

    Wearsky, Where is the "When a new chat message is added" option located?  I am trying to get notified when a specific person sends me a chat but forgets to @ mention me.  Thank you
