hello

i have an excel file that contains sheets, each sheet contains a table with a single line as in the screenshot, each employee enters their task in the cell that concerns them they can modify it as many times as they want but once the Status column contains Completed then an email must be sent to the administrator, the same scenario if we have several sheets. so how can I do this please

I tried this method but when I share the document with others the flow does not appear in their file
