Flow to extract/send image in SharePoint column

Hi Community,

I have a flow that loads images captured by a Power App into an image column in a SharePoint list.

Does anyone have a flow that works so that every time a new image is loaded it can be extracted and sent within the body of an email?.

Hey

Wouldn't you just add an action that checks if new items are added to the SharePoint list, and once that happens it trigger a mail with the content of the newly added row? :)

Hi

There are no out of the box when an item attachment is added from a list and get that specific latest file but you can work around with this logic. Please see the flow.

So here above whenever list attachments gets added it will trigger. Then next steps are for getting the attachments. So for the below step I am checking the Index is 1 or not? This means I want only the latest attachment only.

Finally after the Get Attachment content you can add the send email step.

Get Attachments action step always gives you all the attachments from that list item. I have tested with few document uploads I was getting always the latest file first hence I added that index to check to ignore the other attachments.
