Flow does not work correctly

I maked Flow on power automate. for SharePoint list . There is a condition that, if met, adds the date of the operation to a coulom, but when more than one item is modified at the same time, Flow works on one item and the other item be failed. What is the solution? Is this possible?

@BayanAlmoqati may i know what is the trigger of your flow? are you using Update item action to update date in the item? If your flow is failing, can you please share the error message?

yes i used update item this is a trigger :
There are two types of errors, in this picture when it comes to Update Item, the flow fails.
The second error is that the condition does not work correctly some times, but it appears that the flow succeeded:
Please i need support.

Looks like the issue is related to the action Update Item rather than the conditional arguments. You may need to validate what fields you are updating and how you are updating them. I.e. Putting an incomplete date in a date field would cause issues.

i used 'update item' to update one field + it work correctly but the error happened one of 10 correct

Okay, then there is something specific to that item that would cause the error. I would validate the differences between that item and the other items as to why it failed.

@BayanAlmoqati based on the error that you are facing, it looks like concurrency issue, that a item which is recently updated, and the flow trying to update the same item.
