Adding a hyperlink of a lead record to an email in a flow.

I would like to send a simple email notification when an owner is assigned to a lead. The email works perfectly apart from a clickable link to take the new owner directly to the Lead. I have:

1. Added a new field on the Enquiry form = URL

2. Created flow to populate the new field

3. Created flow to send the email when an owner is modified. All good except the clickable link

- Added an Initialize variable

- and added this to the email body

The email returns the following"

Any help would be appreciated.
