I have a Microsoft Group Form that will create an item in a SharePoint Library and will add two attachments from the form.

The flow work perfectly as the attachments (always pdf files) are included in the item in the library.

Now I don't seem to find my way round to include these two attachments form the form to the approval:

I have tried with a generic name document1.pdf and included the attachment field form the form

I receive the email with a pdf attachment named document but when trying to open the attachment flags a 'Something went wrong' error.

Any thoughts?
