Set Lookup Field default value on page load using Common Data Service.

I'm creating Canvas App using Common Data Service as a source, in that I'm facing a scenario, need to set default value to the lookup field on page(Form) load where value will be get through Param("value").

Case : When click on app, I have to set lookup value using query string.

I have searched the same but all are using/related to SharePoint lookup.

    I have found the formula to set default value to CDS lookup, 

    LookUp(Choices([@EnitytName] .FieldName), 'FieldName' = Param("Value"))
