We have a requirement to OCR PDF files where each page have different form which are randomly ordered inside the PDF, for example one PDF might have this order of 3 pages:-

FormA on Page 1

FormB on Page 2

FormC on page 3

while other PDF might have this order for 4 pages:-

FormD on Page 1

FormB on Page 2

FormA on page 3

FormC on page 4

and so on.. now we created different AI Models inside a collection, where each AI model is suppose to work on a single Form layout.. and to be able to pass the complete PDF to the AI Models, i need to separate the PDF into single pages and pass them to the AI Model.. so is this a supported operation ? If so can anyone provide an example please?

    Hi @johnjohn123 ,

I know Encodian and Plumsail has this capability but it is licensed.

Another option maybe PAD flow here?

@eric-chengthanks so again there is not such a function inside power automate out of the box?

second question, when they say the price is per execution, then the execution refer to the number of pages that are going to be splited?

    Hi @johnjohn123 ,

I had a quick look and only saw the execution based pricing for Encodian.  Where did you see the page reference?

It may be due to the compute required for a 100mb PDF is more expensive than a 2mb PDF?

@eric-chengi mean how we can know the execution amount we are going to consume, is it per page? let say we have 1 million pdf files and each pdf file contain 15 pages... then what is our execution ?

    Hi @johnjohn123 ,

Probably best to contact the respective vendor for more accurate pricing.
