2023 release wave 1 Dynamics 365 Knowledge Management Failed

Hi,

I am trying to activate the 2023 release wave 1 on my environments, but for every environment I try to update I get the "Dynamics 365 Knowledge Management Failed" to install... then when I check the solution history I find this error:

Exception message

The import has failed because component {1808b939-dd07-4ca7-aa99-ddd2734378f1} of type 20 is not declared in the solution file as a root component. To fix this, import again using the XML file that was generated when you exported the solution.

Has anyone faced such an issue? is it a bug or something?

Having the same issue in all of my enviornments.

It seems the problem occures in Enviroments, where Solutions and Apps are present.
I made a clear and new Enviroment. Updated without any errors. Any other enviroment which has apps and solutions in it fails

I opened a support ticket, and Microsoft support response was that it was a known issue and they deployed a fix, so now when you try to trigger the update, it will succeed... but for environments you already triggered the update and failed, you will need to contact support so they trigger the new fix.
