Hello all,

sorry, I am not a native speaker. I hope, I can adress my problem as well.

I tried to create my first flow. Therefore I logged in into my Office Outlook Account. Done! Then I have to log in to my Ondrive for Business Account. But it does not accept my E-Mailadress and I wonder why. We use Office 365 in our company. Due to that I thougth I have a MS-account and I can log in to Outlook and onedrive. But when I try to log into the Ondrive for business, it tells me, that this account does not exist?

Than it proposes me to create a new account.

So my queation ist: why do I need two accounts, one for outlook and another one for onedrive to use flow? Am I doing something wrong?

I Hope, you understand my problem an anyone can help me!

Thank you so much!

Nicola

    Hi @Anonymous,

I don't have the issue that you mentioned and the Office 365 account could sign in Ondrive for business.

I afraid that you have a confuse between the Onedrive for business connector and the Onedrive connector, and Onedrive connector should require for a personal email address,if you sign in the Onedrive with the Office 365 account it will tells you that this account does not exist.

    Best regards,

    Alice

Thank you for your answer. I think that might be the problem. I asked our support to check my OneDrive licences. As soon as I have a feedback, I will try to login again. Whish me luck 🙂
