Change app icon of model-driven app used in office 365 launcher

Lately the dynamics 365 icon to launch dynamics or model-driven power apps from office/microsoft 365 portal has disappeared.

 

New way to start dynamics 365 or power apps from the o365 laucher is from the "business application" tab.

Does anyone know how to change the default icons used in the app launcher?

I've already changed the default icon in the app designer, but that didn't do it.

Help is highly appreciated.
