Hello!
I'm trying to create a Application User (S2S) and I'm getting error:
"There was a problem adding <UserName> to this environment. Error message: Cannot find record to be updated"
Does anybody knows what this is about?

Added a screen to illustrate. What record it needs to update?
Have you created an Entra id (AAD) application?
Sure, without it I wouldn't be able to fill out the form and submit
This is dynamics trying to update some record in the background, I'd try to see if there's a security group assignment for the environment and the user trying to add the application user has proper permissions e.g system administrator.
Tried with the group or without, have System Admin on environment....
Can add to some environments but cannot to the others.Must be some bug in D365.
When nothing works we raise a support ticket with MS 😄
