I ran into "The script couldn't create a connection with Excel" problem

I'm new in Power Automate and API
Although I tried this solution but have no clue

    The problem caused by organization's policy that the script I stored in Onedrive for business can not execute on the file stored in Sharepoint

    error: 403 forbidden

    My solution is:

    Copy the file to Onedrive for business

    Copy the file after executed the script back to Sharepoint
