is there any future plans to add the ability to save email attachments and to make Executables instead of downloading and running Power Automate on each windows device ?.

For saving attachments below action and properties can be used. I couldn't get the second part of the question.
thank you for the saving-files part.what i meant is how to export my flow so i can run it on my other computers.
i don't see any export options or any option to make an exe
If you are going to use the same environment on all other computers then you need not save or export as they will be available on other machines too.
You see the environment here on the Power Automate Desktop Console.
So you simply need to download and install the PAD software, select the environment and they will be available.
