The workflow sends emails with my user, I don't want my user to appear, I want them to be part of sharepoint.

Hi,

The application has the function of sending emails to different groups in the company, the problem is that, the flow sends emails from my user because I was the one who created the flow, how can I change that? I want the emails to come from another email.

Thanks for the help !

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Can you post a screenshot of your Flow? That way we can evaluate your options based on what you already have and are attempting to accomplish.

I connected the list, the mail arrives but with my name because I was the one who created the application even if the form was filled out by another user

is there any way that this option works?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

In order to send from a different mailbox, your account would need the 'send on behalf of' permission for the mailbox that you want this Flow to send from. You can view the following document to understand how to assign that permission. Otherwise, the email will come from the account that made the connection to the Outlook connector.

Try using the "Send An Email Notification V3" connector instead. It sends an email from microsoft@powerapps.com
