SharePoint data transfer through HTTP 2 to a third-party application

Good day,
 
I need your assistance and guidance in building a workflow that will take data from a SharePoint list and transfer it to a third-party service desk system to log a change request.
 
Here is my flow and where it's failing:

    How long will the third party service return response for this HTTP Reuqest?
     
    Based on the error message, it seems the third party service could not connect or did not response in a short time.
     
    Could you test this api service through postman to check whether the third party service is working and how long will it take?
     
    Share the request from postman if it is working and share your request config for HTTP2 in power automate.
