Extract Value from an Array

Hi,

 

I am trying to only display the Value in Send an Email but it appear capture all instead. How to extract it?

 

Sharepoint list data

Result in Send an Email:

Expected result the Project Type should appear only : Cati, QC 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You are truly savior. Finally solve my issue but I almost there.

    Is there possible that i can include comma in between since the result is joining together?

    Are you asking how to extract the value only and to create a string? If so, please refer to this earlier post.
