Hi,

I am trying to use a power automate to

1) Create NEW items

2) If Item exists - update item and row

3) Do not create duplicates.

step 1 - i am creating items in my sharepoint list via an excel table.

Step 2 - now that these are created, how can I view update values in this row each time the flow is ran and not create duplicates?

condition - length(outputs('Get_items')?['body'])

getting an error on my condition - "Action 'Condition' failed"

any help would be appreciated.

Trying this - cant get this to work - not sure what ID is or if my condition length is accurate - length(body('Filter_array'))

    Hi @wonka1234,

Do you want to sync the SharePoint list based on excel?

Actually, I think you should also list the items from the SharePoint list if you want to avoid creating duplicates because you need to compare if there is existing items the same as the new items from Excel file.

Here is a simple demo for your reference:

Write the following expression for the condition:

    length(outputs('Get_items')?['body/value'])
