8We want to implement a user feedback mechanism for every message. I have followed the docs here, to implement a thumbs up/thumbs down UI.
This just seems to post the message "This generated answer was/wasn't useful" into the chat.
I understand I can make a new topic to "capture" those intents, and then do something with them, but I'm not sure what. I don't understand how this can be recorded or analyzed later. It seems like this is not part of the analytics tab or anything.
The only 2 solutions I can think of are:
- Send a custom telemetry event to App Insights (e.g UserFeedback = 1) and then report on this somehow
- Use the conversation transcripts to find phrases such as "This generated answer was helpful" and report on that somehow
Is there a better way to do this?
