why i cant publish my app?
this error occurs

    what type of connectors are you using? are you using premium features maybe? was it possible to publish this app earlier or was it the first time this was done?

    I have faced this before. I think you have a Power Automate flow in the app which is utilising the Power Apps Notification V2 connector.
    The one who added the connection "shared_powerappsnotification", should be able to publish the app. Or you might want to use your account for the connection. That way you should be able to publish. 
     
    Also, if you are using solutions, make sure the flow is part of that solution.
