I have a GitHub account with a repository containing the website to deploy to the PowerApps platform.

How would I connect the GitHub repository to a PowerApps Portals app?

Just to confirm you want to deploy your custom website to the power Apps portal?

If so, which is quite hard. You can have a ci/ CD setup for the power Apps portal. PowerApps portal is a lowcode platform where you write little code and use the portal studio to build your web app.
