Problem with Azure Resource Manager

Encountered internal server error from Azure Resource Manager. The tracking Id is '4100bbc6-492b-4dd9-86ae-166228329a3c'.

 

This error cannot allow me to save changes on my flows, nor create new flows. Does anyone know what is going on and how to solve it?
