Assign tasks throughout an entire project based on a defined role in a SharePoint list?

I have project plans set up that use the label column to assign tasks to a specific role (Job title). I would like to set up a list in SharePoint to assign that job title to a specific person in my organization. Based on the labels a task has I wish it could assign to the specific account I defined in the SharePoint List. I have attempted a few power automate flows but have not found a solution. I think my problem is using the "labels" column as this columns data seems hard to get. Any advice is appreciated!
