Unable to Use Outlook365 Connector to add flow for sending email

Getting error When Adding outlook connector for send and email (v2) 1 . in power auto mate. i am using my personal hotmail account to check this send email in my flow

    The "Send an email (V2)" action in Power Automate only works with Microsoft 365 work or school accounts. Unfortunately, personal Outlook/Hotmail accounts are not supported for this action.
