We've just recently started seeing error messages for "owner needs premium license".
- The flow is owned by an individual who does not have a premium license but is using a connection reference for the premium actions. That connection reference DOES have a premium license.
- Instant flows are set-up with Run-As to use a Service Account with a premium license, but the users who initiate the flow and do not have a premium license are getting the error that they need a premium license.
Our workaround has been to reassign ownership of the flow to the service account which has the premium license; however, this was not the case previously. The owner could be any individual as long as the action was using an account with a premium license.
Does anyone know what changed?
