Advanced UI Elements

I have been asked to help automate a back office billing procedure and due to the back end system not having API's or direct DB access have resorted to PAD. I must admit I am very new to this and been learning by trial and error but this one has me stumped. I need to loop through each row in this table and get the value in the "Providers" cell and compare it to an Excel file to see if certain conditions are meet and if so have to create a new entry in the UI. I can easily select the first rows value using and extract UI value action but cant figure out how I can loop through each record in the table and be able to reference that row if I need to update it. And when I have attempted to extract the entire HMTL table it dont seem to be at the correct grain level as I am getting all the other elements of the web page to include the table. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to modify the selectors to add variables to it and then pass those variables as you iterate through your loop.

See this article for reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/build-custom-selectors#use-variables-in-a-custom-selector

I thought by modifying the UI element and making the element selector look for anything that has a tr value that contains "billing-grid-data" would do the trick just to get the full list but I am still only getting back 1 value. Then I assumed that changing the Ordinal value to 4 would get me the 4th item in the list but that as well is still always returning the element that I initially selected when generating the UI element ??

It will never select several values for you. If you do not provide an ordinal value, it will always pick up the first one it finds. If you do provide an ordinal value, it should technically pick up the one based on the index. If it doesn't, I would suggest capturing another selector for the 4th row and check what it looks like, and how it's different from your original selector. Maybe you're passing the ordinal value to the wrong element. Or maybe you need to also include the parent element to make it work.
