Hi everyone!

I'm a power automate beginner and I'm not an native English speaking person, so please forgive me if I'm not very clear.πŸ˜…

I follow a tuto to configure an automatic replies for 1 afternoon and 1 days heach week. I setup 2 flows. One for the day and one for the afternoon. With my beginner's level, i don't know if I can combine a full day and an afternoo in the same flow.

Anyway, as I registered the flows, I did a test and the test was OK, but then, even the recurring schedule was for another day and time,  It start working and send replies for the mail I received.

What did I did wrong or how can I turn on the flows to work with the recurring schedule and not right now.

Thanks for your help!

    It's looking like it's working.
My question now is to be sure I understand how it's work.

After I create a new flow like these one with programed date or time. After I save it, it's activate right away and to start using it as plan, it must be "desactivate" so it will start the next time, right?

Now, are the two different way right or is their a righter way between this two solution? Is the difference between 1 full day and 1/2 day make that we need to use both solution or "what is the way?".

    Many thanks for your help.

@Bertrand68  the flow that you have configured to run at 13 hour, can you please specify 0 in the minutes, and test the flow?

    Hi, Thanks for your answer.

Has I was looking around I found a post that look like my problem (Issue: Set up auto replies on a recurring basis)

and I tried to change one of my two flow as the presented solution to see how it will work.

I change my "Wednesday afternoon replies" with the new solution and I configured the time start at 13:00 but the flow start by itself at 12:30 unstead of 13.00
Here is how I changed it.

And for the Friday here is how it's configured

My main question est why it start to work oustide the recurring schedule? Now it's the Wednesday afternoom that started 30 minutes to urly, but before I had to deactivate the Friday & WE because it was runing since activate and we're not Friday

If you can help me to understand what is wrong I'll be grateful

@Bertrand68  can you share screenshot of your flows? Can you please elaborate "ow can I turn on the flows to work with the recurring schedule and not right now"?
