Looking for a sollution to connect Project online data in to PowerApps

Hi Team,

 

I want to connect Project online and get custom field values into a dropdown.

 as of now, we can connect SharePoint and SP list to get values, but how can we connect Project online and get all the projects, and field values into powerapps.

your reply with steps would be appritiate.

    I never used Project Online and I am not sure of what it is.. But if you can connect it to Sharepoint, you can connect to a list and use that list as a data source in your app

    Unfortunately the out of the box PO connector is pretty useless. If you want custom fields and lookup info, you have to connect to a flow which uses the SharePoint HTTP connector to query the PO rest api.

     

    As a starting point, you can send a GET request to your pwa site with uri

    _api/ProjectData/Projects(guid'<your project ID>')

    to get all the custom fields for a project (or leave out the guid filter to get all projects).
