Shifts connector provides a List All Shifts and Delete shift operations. See if existing operations provided by the connector are sufficient to fulfil your scenario. If not you can either raise a feature request at https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Ideas/idb-p/MPAIdeas or create a custom connector which implement the functionality you need.

Thank you for the response, this maybe viewed from the wrong side, we have lightly modified the office 365 power app leave app and need to know how through a function / formula / object / connector etc that when the person is away it will remove them from ms teams ms shifts automatically, for example do we need to do this via a flow trigger, an azure app logic or direct c sharp

@bio007usa - You can use the actions from Microsoft Teams connector and Shifts from Microsoft Teams connector. As v-sefedo mentioned, please provide details if you are facing an issue with an action or are unable to find an action that can serve your requirement.

Could you please add more details into that? If you facing some error, please provide repro steps and usage scenario, that would help to understand the issue.
