Clarity on Premium Licensing - do all users need a Premium License for the following

Hi everyone,

we could use some help about licensing for some cases, we as developer have the licenses 


Microsoft 365
E5, E3 or Business Professional
Role: PowerApps Administrator

and

Power Automate Premium

 

We would like to develop PowerApp applications for the cases:

Case 1 Salesforce

PowerApp to change rates, adjust contracts

Case 2 Adobe Sign
Start a signing process 

The questions are:
- Do the users also need the PowerAutomate Premium subscription?
- Do the Dev also need a subscription for SalesForce and Adobe Sign?

    Hi @kniederseer 

     

    All users that are going to interact with the external systems (Salesforce and Adobe Sign) will need premium licenses. 

     

    The developers will also require premium in order to build and test and they can initially start with a trial for development and testing purposes. If you need licenses for developers, you can re assign those later as well.
