I want to know when Microsoft Flow app updated on my android phone.
For maintaining new app, and reducing support time.
Like I want to check the app before calling to me from customers.

I suppose that you download the Microsoft Flow app from Google Play, the Google Play manage the updates of Microsoft Flow app, you could update Microsoft Flow app in Google Play.
Besides, if you want to know if there is new version of Microsoft Flow app has been released, you could check the following document:

Yes, The Release notes of Microsoft Flow seems good information.
And I'm using Google Play for updating Microsoft Flow app,
But Not enough for managing Microsoft Flow.
