I am collecting MS Forms Responses in excel online using power automate.
May I know the reason why the excel row being empty between the two consecutive response outcomes.

From checking run history of the flow, can you find it ran twice successfully but the output of Add a row into a table is emply?

I submitted a form response then through power automate the data exported to excel sheet in ROW-1
After few minutes I again submitted another form response, instead of getting the data in ROW 2, it is showing up in Row 3.
i am attaching a screenshot for that.
