Create a SharePoint List from a submitted form

I am trying to build a flow to creat a item in a SharePoint List after a submition as in this instructions <https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/forms-and-flow-and-powerbi/>

But the questions of form doesn´t appear during the flow settings, justa the TITTLE and I am not able to chose any reference from form

 

What should be happened?

    Hi @ PatriciaSouza,

     

    Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

     

    Do you want to get the response of the submitted form and use it to create an item in sharepoint list?

    I have made a test and you could add the “Get response details” action under the trigger as my screenshot below:

    When a new response is created in Forms, the flow would run successfully as below:

    In the "Create Item on Sharepoint" I am not able to chose more than just "Title".

     

    Like in your example, you add "Hobbies", "Age" and "Homework is finished". I can´t include more questions as you didi.

     

     

     

    Note: How can I attach a image here in the forum?
