Flow to send email only if specific field is populated

How can I modify the Power Automate flow sequence to only send the information from a submitted MS Form if the "Enter email address to email submission" field is populated? I currently have a flow that will send the data and attachment via email to a predefined address or hard coded flow however this new form only needs to be emailed if that specific field contains an email address.

You can use a condition for this and check if the field is empty.

Below is an example

The below expression is used in the example. Replace the rae2455... question id by your specific question id of the "Enter email address to email submission"

empty(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/rae24553b571e428483118a369a2eb29b'])

is equal to false
