Recurring email reminders after an initial 'list item modified' email

I haven't seen this scenario outlined much. My flow below isn't complete, because I'm wondering how to make it reference the same initial item, rather than just grab any item whose status was changed to "Awaiting Response." (Would it be better to have 2 flows for this; one that simply acknowledges the item modification with an email. And then another that does the reminders?

Goal:

1. Send initial email when a sharepoint list item status is changed to "Awaiting Response."

2. Send reminder emails every week until the info we're awaiting is sent.

    Hi @OneWinPlease

    My advise is two flows.

Better to manage, none unnecessary waiting /delays, the flow will not be completed and so on...

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "better to manage...." etc.

It just occured to me there's still the same problem even if I do 2 flows. How would the 2nd flow know it's a week later if it doesn't have an item ID  to check against?

Figured it out - was overthinking it.  As long as the trigger output in the first action's Settings are as noted below in the 2nd screen shot, this works.

Original poster here - this flow ultimately does not work. Please don't use it.
