I want to add Or find and replace text in a PDF or other document if possible ?

I need to add a PDF text tag to a document for later sending for approval so I need to either have a way of finding text and change to signer 1 tag or to enter new text tag using flow ...Is this possible ?

...Process I need is

trigger on selected file.

create task

pdf is sent for signature to signer 1.

then file create in SharePoint once signed.

update task.

pdf is sent for 2nd signature to signer 2.

*the problem is adobe sign doesn't see tag for signer 2 and writes signature at bottom of PDF* - Its looking for tag signer 1, so I need a way to add text to PDF for tag signer 1 Or find and replace tag signer 2 with tag signer 1?

(Or maybe there is a way to send for signature and it pick up on tag for signer 2?)
