when you get filtered items from a sharepoint list and filter by the value of a column if /no , the "eq" operator does not work nor does "ne".
someone has been able to use it?

Just tried the below two filters on a Yes/No column and it should work.
[COLUMN NAME] eq false
[COLUMN NAME] ne false

The eq and ne does work as a filter enter them as follows with no quotes etc. In the example I am using Account as the column name:
Account eq false
Account eq true
Account ne false
Account ne true
